- Food products authorized for use shall conform to quality standards set by the national competent organs. No food product shall be manufactured, sold, donated, imported, stored or exhibited unless it conforms to the requirements provided under this Law. Each food product must:
1° not contain toxic substances;
2° be safe for human or animal consumption;
3° not be rotten, spoiled, expired or contaminated;
4° not contain additives that may cause a disease;
5° not be associated with effects on human health;
6° conform to quality standards or the provisions of food product regulations applicable in the country;
7° not be counterfeited ;
8° not be derived from diseased or infected animals;
9° be stored, manufactured or prepared in a place that meets hygiene standards.

Human hair extensions are mainly synthetic fibres made to resemble the human natural hair and meant to be used for beauty purposes.
These fibres are worn to either cover the whole scalp, or just a part of the scalp, or for attachment to lengthen the hair. Those that cover the whole scalp area are referred to as the wigs, while those that cover part of the scalp are referred to as the weaves. Those that are used to lengthen the hair are called the braids. Hence one would not be far from the truth if he classifies the finished human hair products as wigs, weaves and braids. Some hair fibres have safety additives such as fire retardants while others have none of it. This makes their burning behavior to vary from manufacturer to manufacturer - Description of the measure
