5 (4) In granting permission to import an experimental remedy under this regulation the registering officer shall issue a certificate in Form P.R. 5 set out in the Fifth Schedule within fourteen days after receipt of Form P.R. 4 and the registering officer may impose such conditions as may be necessary with regard to the experimentation with the remedy.

8. Containers
(1) No remedy shall be sold, transported or stored unless the registering officer is satisfied that the container in which the remedy is to be packed is of sufficiently durable construction and material.
(2) A container which contains any combustible substance shall be of suitable material.
(3) Remedies which contain inflamable or volutile ingredients shall be packed in durable containers.
(4) No remedy shall be packed in a container that resembles a container of a consumable product.

Description of the measure
Article 34 (Identification of the goods to be transported)
1. For shipment, transport or storage purposes, all GMO material must be packed to ensure that its identity is recognized.
2. GMO material to be transported or stored for use in containment conditions and confined tests shall be contained in at least double-layer packages.
3. For the purposes of paragraph 2 above, each packaging layer shall be of such strength and shape that it is independently prevented from releasing the material under normal conditions, each layer having to be allowed to close and be independently sealed.
4. Containers and / or containers containing GMOs must be sealed if they are sealed at the point of origin and repacking in the country requires authorization from the National Biosafety Authority and inspection by the competent authority as the case may be .
5. Each layer of the package shall be labeled with sufficient information to easily establish the identity and recognition of the contact person's content and contact details including:
A) Declaration: "Contains genetically modified organisms";
(B) common and scientific names and, where they exist, the trade names of the GMO;
C) Transformation event code and / or, where available, the unique identifier code registered in the Information Exchange Mechanism (BCH) as well as the BCH website;
D) Contact details of the exporter, importer or other authority indicated by the government for the purpose of providing additional information;
E) End to which the cargo / merchandise is destined;
6. The information required in points (a), (b), (c) and (d) of paragraph 5 of this Article shall be easily recognizable and shall bear the same prominence as the product promotion information.
7. The cargo / merchandise containing GMOs must be accompanied by an information leaflet which, in addition to the information required in paragraph 5 (a), (b), (c) and (d), shall include information on safe handling question.
8. All containers shall be retained during the period of authorization or until an agent designated by the National Biosafety Authority authorizes their disposal or release.
9. If disposal or release is authorized, primary containers that are in contact with GMO material and their products must be cleaned of any reproductive material.
10. After packaging has been checked by visual inspection and documented to be free from propagating material, it may be disposed of by burial, incineration or similar means.
11. Outer layers which are not in contact with GM material and their products may be returned for general use without restriction unless a rupture of the primary container has occurred, in which case the packaging which has come into contact with the material GMOs are treated as primary packaging.
Article 43 (Packaging)
1. Packagings and / or containers containing GMOs and their products must be sealed and sealed from the point of origin.
2. The re-packaging of GMOs and their products in the country requires authorization from the National Biosafety Authority and inspection by the sectoral inspection body, as appropriate, and should ensure the safety of the handler and the environment.
