155(6) The cocoa paste or soluble cocoa in a chocolate drink shall in its water-ftee, fatfree and alkaline-free content comply with regulation 154 (b) [which requires that it shall] contain not more than -
(i) 19% starch naturally present;
(ii) 7% crude fibre;
(iii) 8% total ash;
(iv) 5.5% of ash insoluble in water;
(v) 0.4% of ferric oxide;
(vi) 10.5% of total alkalinity calculated as potassium carbonate; and
(vii) 12.5% ash;

24 Quality of pharmaceutical products
No person shall sell -
(a) any pharmaceutical product which –
(i) is adulterated or impure;
(ii) does not conform to a prescription or to specified standards;
(b) any drug -
(i) which is not of good quality and in perfect state of preservation for medicinal use; or (ii) whose shelf life has expired;
(c) any medicine with any ingredients which injuriously affect its quality.

31 Standards of therapeutic substances
(1) Subject to section 32, no person shall manufacture or sell a therapeutic substance specified in the Sixth Schedule unless it conforms to the specified standards.
(2) The Permanent Secretary may order the forfeiture of any therapeutic substance which does not comply with subsection (1).

Description of the measure
26. Conditions for importation
(1) Notwithstanding any other enactment and subject to this section, no person shall import any seed intended for cultivation or trade –
(b) unless –
(iv) it is shown to the satisfaction of NPVSO to have been produced under prescribed conditions and to conform to standards equal to, or higher than, those for the production and certification of seed in Mauritius;
(v) the seed complies with such standards of germination, varietal and physical purity and seed health, and such other requirements as NPVSO may determine;
(2) (a) NPVSO shall, in the absence of a seed certification system under the laws of a State of origin of imported seed, undertake tests on the imported seed to verify its compliance with such standards as
NPVSO may determine.
(b) NPVSO shall issue to a seed importer a certificate in respect of such seed and cause such particulars as NPVSO may determine to be entered in the register of seed importers.
