- 3. (1) The issuing authority may issue a permit authorising, subject to the provisions of this Order and of any other written law-
(b) the export from the Republic of Zambia of any goods listed in the Third Schedule;
on such terms and conditions as may be specified in, or attached to, the permit.
3 (2) A permit issued under this paragraph shall-
(b) if it relates to the export of goods from the Republic of Zambia, be in Form No. 2.
3(3) Any export permit other than an export permit relating to maize meal including hominy chop, maize cones, maize grits, maize offals processed with or without additives and maleie hydrazide also known as M.H.

5.(1) Subject to the provisions of sub-paragraph (2), no person shall export from the Republic of Zambia any goods listed in the Third Schedule except in accordance with the terms and conditions of a permit issued under paragraph 3.
5 (2) The provisions of sub-paragraph (1) shall not apply in relation to-
(a) any goods which are in the course of transit through the Republic of Zambia to a place beyond the borders thereof;
(b) any goods not exceeding four kwacha in value which are exported in any one week from the Republic of Zambia by an individual for personal domestic consumption and not for sale or disposal by any other person
(c) any goods not exceeding four kwacha in value which are exported in any one week from the Republic of Zambia as a bona fide gift from a person residing in the Republic of Zambia to a person residing outside the Republic of Zambia. - Reference of the measure

5(3) Notwithstanding sub regulation (1), a timber merchant who does not have a written agreement with a holder of a concession licence authorising the timber merchant to export timber of the concession licence is not eligible to apply for a permit.
7. (1) The Director shall, where the applicant meets the requirements of the Act, issue a permit in Form ill set out in the Schedule.

86. Subject to the provisions of sections eighty-five, eighty-eight and eight-nine, any person other than a grower or a licensed buyer who exports tobacco from the Republic save in accordance with a permit so to do issued pursuant to section eight-seven shall be guilty of an offence.
87 (1) The Minister may, subject to such conditions as he deems fit to impose, permit any person to export tobacco from the Republic.

- 12. (1) A person who intends to reclaim, re-use, recover, recycle, transport, dispose of, transit, trade in, export waste or collect and dispose of waste from industrial, commercial, domestic or community activities or own, construct or operate a waste disposal site or facility for the permanent disposal or storage of waste shall apply to the Agency for a waste management licence in Form III set out in the First Schedule.
19.(1) A person who intends to generate, pre-treat, treat, handle, transport, store, dispose of, transit, trade in or export hazardous waste shall apply to the Agency for a hazardous waste licence in Form V set out in the First Schedule.
31(1) A person who intends to manufacture, import, export, store, distribute, transport, blend, process, re-process or change the composition of a pesticide or toxic substance or re-process an existing pesticide or toxic substance for a new use shall apply to the Agency for a pesticide and toxic substance licence in Form VIII set out in the First Schedule.
31 (3)The Agency shall, where it approves an application for a pesticide and toxic substance licence, issue the licence in Form IX set out in the First Schedule

16. (1) An export permit and re-export certificate is valid for a period of six months from its date of issue.

- 32 (1) A person shall not buy, sell, import, export or otherwise deal in cotton, for commercial purposes, without a valid licence issued under this Part.
33. Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the Board may issue the following licences—
(b) a cotton seed seller’s licence which shall authorise the holder to purchase, sell, export, import or otherwise market cotton seed on such premises as may be specified in the licence
35. A licence issued under this Part shall be subject to the following conditions—
(d) that where the licence is for the importation or exportation of cotton the licence shall be subject to an import or export permit issued under the Control of Goods Act - Reference of the measure
