For the purposes of regulations 174 to 187 of this act " pasteurized source" when used in relation to cheese means milk skim, milk cream reconstituted milk powder or reconstituted skim milk powder, butter milk or a mixture thereof that has been pasteurized by being held a temperature of not less than 63 degree c for a period of not less than 30 minutes or for a time and temperature that is equivalent thereto in phosphate destruction as determined by the prescribed method,
i) the standard plate count determined by the prescribed method shall be not more than 50,000 millitres,
ii) The coliform count determined by prescribed method shall not be more than 5 per millitre and faecal coliform shall be nil millitre,
iii) The dye-reduction time determined by the methylene blue-keeping quality test by the prescribed method shall be not more than two hours; and
iv) the phosphate test determined by the prescribed method shall give a reading of not more than 10 micrograms of P-nitrophenol for one millitre of milk

Description of the measure
13 (1) Canned green beans shall be prepared from succulent pods of fresh green bean or wax bean plants and shall be packed in water or other suitable aqueous liquid medium.
(2) There shall be not more than 10% of the drained mass of a can of insect or pathologically blemished units.
(3) Green beans may be packed whole or transversely cut or longitudinally sliced:
Provided that—
(i) whole beans shall consist of whole pods not less than 75 mm in length after the removal of both ends;
(ii) transversely cut beans shall be not less than 15 mm and more than 50 mm in length after the removal of both ends;
(iii) longitudinally sliced beans shall be sliced after the removal of both ends.
(4) the name on the label shall include the style "whole", or "transversely cut" or "longitudinally sliced".
(5) Canned green beans may contain salt, vinegar, lemon juice or, subject to the Food and Food Standards (Food Additives and Prohibited Substances) Regulations, 2001, any other ingredients.
(6) The drained mass of whole canned beans shall be not less than 50% of the net mass.
(7) The drained mass of cut or sliced beans shall be not less than 53% of the net mass

Description of the measure
4. (1) Peanut butter-
(a) shall have-
(i) a good flavour and aroma of typical freshly roasted peanuts , with no rancidity or other objectionable flavour or odour;
(ii) a uniform smooth or crunchy texture and a colour typical of roasted peanuts;
(b) shall be -
(i) free of foreign matter, dirt or other defects such as scorched or discoloured peanut tissue;
(ii) free from viable yeasts, moulds and bacteria likely to cause microbiological spoilage and toxicity .
(c) may contain salt, permissible sweetening agents, anti-oxidants, emulsifiers and stabilisers as permitted by the Third Schedule to the Food and Food Standards (Preservatives, Additives and Prohibited Substances) Regulations, 1972.
(2) The total content of seasonings and non-peanut material in peanut butter shall not exceed ten per centum of the weight of the finished product.
(3) The oil content of the peanut ingredients may be adjusted by the addition or subtraction of peanut oil so that the fat content of the finished product does not exceed sixty per centum.
(4) The peanut and peanut product shall not contain mycotoxins in excess of twenty parts per billion .
